Call for Papers: Geography According to Foundation Models @ AGILE 2026

We are thrilled to share the Call for Papers for the Geography According to Foundation Models workshop at AGILE 2026!

Within just a few years, AI ethics has moved from the periphery to being among the most central and urgent topics in research. Yet, there are very few events that discuss ethical issues of GeoAI as their main objective. At AGILE 2026, this workshop aims to bring together work on GeoAI and Geo foundation models and ethics with issues of representation.

We welcome short papers ranging 4 to 6 pages on late breaking results and conceptual papers and experiments describing how AI represents and potentially shapes geography.
